Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we’ll issue a store credit to be used for future purchases.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Items exchanged without an exchange authorization number will not be accepted.
